Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

What this is

Indian Simulator is a free, fictional 3D browser game built and run by an independent individual developer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any third-party creator, publisher, platform, or brand. By playing the game, you agree to these terms.

Tone and content

The game uses exaggerated arcade comedy and fictional hazards. It is not a real-world depiction of any country, culture, religion, ethnicity, or community. If something reads otherwise, contact us so it can be corrected.

Accounts

Survive the Streets and Clear the Apartment are free and require no account. Signing in with Google is only needed to purchase and access the three paid levels. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — we don't manage passwords or authentication ourselves.

Purchases and refunds

The "Unlock All Paid Levels" pack is a one-time $1.99 USD purchase that unlocks River Crossing, Festival Rush, and Night Train Ride. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.

All sales are final. Because a purchase grants immediate digital access to the paid levels, we do not offer refunds once a purchase completes, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@indiansimulator.com.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, or abuse the game or its payment system, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend access for accounts that do.

No warranty

This is a hobby project provided "as is," with no uptime or availability guarantee. Bugs happen — see something broken, tell us at the contact below and we'll take a look when we can.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for anything related to the game is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.

Changes

We may update these terms as the game changes. Continued play after an update means you accept the new terms.
